Paseo Marítimo 16 - Palma de Mallorca | (+34) 971 280 007 | M-F 10:00 to 18:00

Address: Cala Anguila

Cala Anguila is situated at 1,5 nautical miles from port de Portocristo, between Cala Murta and Cala Media. It actually forms a unique anchorage with Cala Mendia.

This sea inlet has a beautiful sandy area with gentle slope and an attractive fine-grained golden sand, which is the result of rests of shells and other species of sea animals of thousands and thousands of years, that came to this place with the sea current. Its length is 120 meters and its width 50 meters.

The cliffs that surround this sea entrance where a torrent flows into, offer an astonishing landscape.

Anchoring: The winds that blow from the east, southeast or south have an incidence on this coast, but it is not a problem for anchoring boats on a sandy ground, the depth ranges from seven metres at the beginning of the natural entrance to four metres from the coast.

It is possible here to do any water sport. We advise to visit with kayak or dinghy the nearby beaches of Cala Mendia or Cala s’Estany den Mas.
